Is delivery free of charge?
Orders of a value of over €115 ex VAT (and excluding ECO Tax) are delivered free of charge. Deliveries of orders of a lower value than €115 ex VAT cost €4.70 ex VAT. Bear in mind that if you split an order (because some item/s are not available from stock) and the totals of both parts of the order are under €115 you will be billed for both deliveries.Can I pay your deliveryman by credit or debit card?
At present we accept either cash or cheques when goods are delivered. If collecting your order from our Siggiewi office, you can also use; your Mastercard, VISA, Cashlink, APS Premier, EDC Maestro, VISA Electron, or JCB card. If applicable, you can also use your student Smart card. We do not accept HSBC debit cards.The product I purchased from you is faulty. What do I do?

Prices are updated weekly and can go up or down. These prices change because of availability, cost of raw materials/labour, special offers and especially by the strength or weakness of the US dollar. Our service charges are a fixed percentage and we have no control over base prices.I've just checked out an order but made a mistake/changed my mind and wish to cancel it. What do I do?
Orders for goods showing in stock may be cancelled within about an hour of receiving our email acknowledging the order. Bear in mind that we confirm our orders with suppliers on Thursday evenings, so orders made on a Thursday may be cancelled by 4pm on the day. Any order made between 4 and 8pm on a Thursday cannot be cancelled. Orders made by email ie. not through our website's cart system CANNOT be cancelled since we order them from the supplier immediately. This 'Cancellations' policy is based on the fact that we cannot reverse an order once goods have been reserved by our supplier/s. All other orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.I'd like to order an item that's marked 'Back-ordered'. How long would it take to get to me?
All items that are not in stock and listed on our site are available around Wednesday of the following week if you confirm your order by Thursday 1pm.I'm not sure if an item listed for sale on your website is compatible with my system. Can you help?
We're specialised in procurement not technical issues, and we do not do research. However, if you like, send us an email explaining the problem in detail and we'll recommend a technician who should be capable of solving it.
