• We're specialists in hardware procurement.
  We're not obsessed with our listed choice of brands and items. Tell us exactly what you want ie. the brand and model, and we'll do our best to quote and supply it.

• You, and your customer, will know exactly what you're getting.
  Specifications and Internet hyperlinks to most products on our price list are made available before you decide to purchase.

• Avoid the hassles of importing.
  The availability of all listed products is clearly shown on each product's page. Place your order for goods marked 'in stock' before 11am and we'll probably deliver the goods that same afternoon or the next (working day) morning. Orders for goods that are not in stock will be delivered as soon as they're at our office and sorted.

• We deliver.
  Orders of a total value over €115 ex VAT are delivered free of charge. Deliveries of smaller orders are subject to a €4.70 ex VAT charge. We do not waive the delivery charge when it's applicable.

• There's no need for you to keep your money tied up in stocks.
  We keep a good stock of fast-moving items. If the item you require is not available, we import it by express courier over the following weekend if you order it before the specified time. (Larger or low value items like cases and cables are imported approximately twice a month by normal groupage freight from Europe.)

• You'll be given a discount on all listed prices.
  This discount is clearly visible wherever there are prices listed, when confirming your order and on your invoice.

• Our quality to price ratio is very competitive.
  We believe consistency and reliability are absolutely essential in computing. Our products are chosen to be competitively priced and reliable.

• Our suppliers are reliable. We're reliable. You're reliable.
  We deliver what we promise. We purchase regularly from a handful of suppliers (not necessarily the ones with the cheapest prices of the moment) because we want to know that they'll deliver what and when we want. When approaching new suppliers we tell them that our orders will be mind-numbingly regular and procedures identical, every single week. We don't spring surprises on them and we don't deal with companies that are "here today gone tomorrow". You can guarantee acceptable delivery times. If, for reasons beyond our/their control, there's a problem with a delivery or product, we'll tell you there's a problem; as soon as we possibly can.

• 12 month guarantee.
  Reseller fault claims are given priority. If you find that a product of ours is faulty (and still under guarantee), we will replace or order it immediately. If necessary, and when possible, we'll offer you a temporary replacement part to keep your customer happy. For more details click Support.
